Honest Qualification

Is this for you?

This is for you if—

  • You earn $85K or more and still wonder where it all goes
  • You feel shame or anxiety when money conversations come up
  • You know you should be further along financially by now
  • You're tired of knowing what to do and still not doing it
  • You want accountability, not just information
  • Faith matters to you — and so does being a faithful steward

This is NOT for you if—

  • You're looking for a quick fix or financial hack
  • You're not willing to track every dollar for 12 weeks
  • You want someone to manage your money for you
  • You're not serious about doing the work between sessions
  • You just want to feel good about your finances without changing anything

The 3C Framework

Twelve weeks.
Three transformations.

The Financial Stewardship Intensive is built around one idea: awareness creates clarity, clarity creates control, and control creates the life you've been trying to build.

01
Weeks 1–4

Clarity

Know exactly where your money is going. No more guessing. You arrive at Week 5 with real data and a complete picture of your financial behavior.

02
Weeks 5–8

Control

Build the budget. Attack the debt. Set up the systems that don't depend on how you feel on a given Tuesday morning.

03
Weeks 9–12

Competence

Build the foundation for long-term wealth. Investing basics, financial independence framework, and a plan that makes you a financial leader.

This isn't a knowledge problem.
It's a behavior problem.

Most men who come to this program know they should be budgeting. They've read the articles. Watched the videos. Tried the apps. They still have nothing to show for it.

The gap between knowing and doing is not filled with more information — it's filled with accountability, a personalized system, and someone who won't let you quit when it gets hard. That's what 12 weeks of coaching solves. Not just clarity. Just clarity isn't enough.

Zulla Haile — Financial Coach, BAG Coaching

Zulla Haile.
Financial Coach.

I know what it looks like to earn a good income and still feel financially stuck — falling into the same trap, that faithfulness with money was for someone else. I've been there.

I built BAG Coaching — Budgeting Accountability Group — because the men I wanted to help weren't being reached by generic financial advice. They needed something rooted in faith, accountability, and a system that actually matches how they're wired.

The 3C Framework isn't theory. It's the result of real work — with real men, on real numbers — built to get you from financial confusion to financial competence in 12 weeks.

Stay Faithful. Stay Consistent. Stay the Path.

Common Questions

What you're probably
already wondering.

What does the 15-minute call actually involve?

It's a real conversation — not a sales script. I'll ask about where you are financially, what's been getting in the way, and what you're hoping changes. You'll get a better picture of your financial reality in that call. If the program is a good fit, we'll talk about next steps. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.

Do I have to make a certain income to join?

The program is built for single men earning $85K or more. Not because lower earners don't need this — but because the program is calibrated for men who already have the income and are losing ground despite it. If you're below that threshold but serious, bring that up on the call.

I already know how to budget. Is this still for me?

Then this isn't about teaching you something new. It's about building the system and accountability that makes the knowledge stick. Most men know what to do. They just don't do it consistently. That's what 12 weeks of coaching solves.

I don't want anyone in my finances.

That discomfort is common — and usually the most honest signal that this is the right move. The program is confidential. I'm not judging your numbers. I'm helping you build a system that gives you control over them. The discomfort you feel right now? That's the same discomfort that's been keeping you stuck.

What if investing in yourself is out of reach right now?

That feeling — that investing in yourself feels like a stretch — is worth examining on the call. Let's talk about it honestly. There may be options. There may not. Either way, the conversation is worth having.

Fifteen minutes.
A better picture of
your financial reality.

No pitch. No pressure. One honest conversation about where you are and whether this program is the right fit. That's it.
